Child, Youth and Teen Counselling

Finding Steady Ground in a Changing World

Meeting Youth Where They’re At

Life gets heavy for everyone, but youth today face unique challenges that are harder to navigate than ever before. From academic and social pressures to huge, unavoidable global and political uncertainty, it’s common for youth and teens to feel anxious, depressed, and misunderstood. When life throws a curveball, like a divorce, death, or even a major move, that burden can be overwhelming.

As a parent, watching your child struggle can feel isolating, and you may not have the tools to help. Therapy provides a neutral space where your child can share, process, and unpack their feelings without judgement.

We provide therapy to individual children, youth, and teens, as well as to families.

Our Approach

Therapy is never one-size-fits-all, and that’s especially true for youth. How a six-year-old processes the world is different from a 16-year-old. Our approach with children and teen therapy is developmentally appropriate and rooted in empathy, creativity, and person-centred care.

We use specialized techniques, such as art therapy, in combination with evidence-based therapeutic approaches to support children and youth of all ages through their healing journey.
