Grief therapy for individuals, families, couples, and kids
Our licensed therapists all specialize in grief and loss counselling, and are here to help you, your children, your parents, or any other loved ones understand and navigate the grief process.
When we experience a loss or a profound life change, our entire world can be flipped upside down. Daily activities can feel unfamiliar, and small things can trigger waves of sadness, guilt, confusion, anger, or shame. Grief counselling can play a vital role in your healing journey.
Feelings of grief often show up after a death, but it can be triggered by anything:
- The loss of a loved one or pet
- A difficult friend, family, or romantic relationship
- Separation or divorce
- Injury or illness
- Losing a job or retiring
- Infertility
- Transitions associated with aging
- Motor vehicle accident
- Workplace trauma
- Abuse or assault
- Empty nesting
We care deeply about helping you navigate the waves of grief, and our therapists will meet you and your loved ones with warmth and compassion.
